Hey everyone!

Alan here. Thanks for your patience. The GKG team has been slammed with end of year work, as well as fulfilling two outstanding Kickstarters. 

We'll keep this brief. Two issues came up:

First, the dice from China were not up to standards. There were severe issues with the quality, the colors and the decals, and so they have to be redone. We've been informed that they should arrive in January, before Chinese New Year. The new proofs are up to standards, so we're confident that things will go smoother. 

Second, during the proofing stage, we discovered a serious issue with the book, that we had to rectify. The book had to have some re-layout work done, so we could provide the appropriate files to the printers, as well as a missing section added and clarified. These are almost done and the new proof should be up to snuff. We anticipate the POD coupons going out in early January, and the book going to print at the same time. The layout team and myself are working through the holidays to make sure this is complete before the new year and things are moving along. 

Our US printer has committed to a very quick turn around for us. 

We're sorry for the delay, and the frustration that's occurring. Stepping in to make sure the project got finished severely impacted the GKG workload, and we'll be tightening our processes going forward (as a one-man shop, I learn some of these mistakes the hardway.)

Quick update!

Sorry for the delay folks. The final PDF is coming later this week (or early next week). Then we'll put the book into proofing for print!

Dice are in-route, and GM screens are being prepared. We're working with the stuffed animal provider right now to ensure those are being handled, but the process is slow.

We realize we're late (even by our revised estimates), and unfortunately, it's just been a difficult time managing workload around surprises. We're still working to get this in your hands asap!

If you haven't gotten the PDF, we'll do a big resent with the final one to ensure everyone has it.

Hey everyone!

The updated PDF with the micro-settings and stretch goals will be uploaded tomorrow. We'll leave the errata form open for two weeks while you read that. 

After that, we'll make final edits, add in the backer write-ups (those aren't in this draft, we have to lock down the text around them first so they can be finalized!), and get you a final PDF, as well as begin working with the printer to get moving.

We're a little behind. Slotting Nighty Knights into our schedule unexpectedly resulted in some timing crunch and other committed work is still occurring. However, we're very close to print, which will be a nice easy flow from here!

Incoming Rules PDF!

Hey folks!

Tonight or tomorrow, you're going to get the first portion of the laid-out PDF! This will contain all the rules and will be accompanied by a Google Form where you can submit any errors or clarifications you need so we can roll those in!

You'll receive an email from DriveThruRPG containing a URL you can use to add the PDF to your cart for free and then check out with!
